Deathtouch

When Gonti, Lord of Luxury enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

During your turn, your opponents can't cast spells or activate abilities of artifacts, creatures, or enchantments.

As Hallowed Fountain enters the battlefield, you may pay 2 life. If you don't, it enters the battlefield tapped.

When Hostage Taker enters the battlefield, exile another target creature or artifact until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

Destroy all creatures, then return a creature card put into a graveyard this way to the battlefield under your control. It's a black Zombie in addition to its other colors and types. Exile Necromantic Selection.

Flying

Whenever Nightveil Specter deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top card of their library.

You may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled with Nightveil Specter.

Flash

If an opponent would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, instead that player skips that draw and you draw a card.

Whenever you cast a spell, untap all nonland permanents you control.

Enchant player

At the beginning of enchanted player's first upkeep each turn, that player gets an additional upkeep step after this step.

Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped.

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom of your library.)

Counter target spell unless its controller discards their hand.

Transmute {1}{U}{B} ({1}{U}{B}, Discard this card: Search your library for a card with the same mana value as this card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Transmute only as a sorcery.)

You may have Phyrexian Metamorph enter the battlefield as a copy of any artifact or creature on the battlefield, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Ape creature token.

Search target opponent's library for a card and exile it face down. Then that player shuffles. You may look at and play that card for as long as it remains exiled.

{3}{W}{B}: Exile target creature. Then if there are three or more cards exiled with Profane Procession, transform it.

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. That creature's controller creates a 3/3 green Frog Lizard creature token.

Exile target creature. Its controller manifests the top card of their library. (That player puts the top card of their library onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. If it's a creature card, it can be turned face up any time for its mana cost.)

You have no maximum hand size.

Counter target spell. Its controller can't cast spells this turn.

Exile target artifact or enchantment. If you cast this spell during your main phase, you may exile up to one other target artifact or enchantment.

Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)

Draw two cards. If you have the city's blessing, draw three cards instead.

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. This turn, that player can't cast spells or activate abilities and plays with their hand revealed. You may play lands and cast spells from that player's hand this turn.

Whenever an opponent draws a card, that player may pay {2}. If the player doesn't, you create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

{T}: Add {C}{C}.

When Solemn Simulacrum enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

When Solemn Simulacrum dies, you may draw a card.

You may have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature or planeswalker you control, except it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it if it's a creature, it enters with an additional loyalty counter on it if it's a planeswalker, and it isn't legendary.

Flying

Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

Return a creature you control to its owner's hand, then destroy all creatures.

Tolaria West enters the battlefield tapped.

{T}: Add {U}.

Transmute {1}{U}{U} ({1}{U}{U}, Discard this card: Search your library for a card with mana value 0, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Transmute only as a sorcery.)

When Trophy Mage enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an artifact card with mana value 3, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Exile target nonland permanent.

You may cast spells as though they had flash.

Vivid Creek enters the battlefield tapped with two charge counters on it.

Vivid Marsh enters the battlefield tapped with two charge counters on it.

Whenever Wrexial, the Risen Deep deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any other player may pay 2 life. If a player does, put that card into its owner's graveyard. Otherwise, that player draws a card.
